As of November 7, I began counting down the month until exams start--and that date also marked the end of my social life. In honor of that, I thought I'd share some pics to commemorate the fun that was had before:
First of all, in mid-October, the law school had a formal (a law school prom), which was . . . interesting, had a wonderful time with Fl. & St., pictured here. The next day, the Ogden Museum had an auction and Gala where E and I got all dressed up to represent. Definitely a busy weekend but had a great time:
And then there was Halloween in New Orleans: I don't think the pictures make much sense unless you know the following:
1.) E went to Wal-Mart at 8 PM on Halloween and bought his costume, for children ages 6-8.
2.) He cut the costume in half and consequently, periodically throughout the night, I had to help him pull up his pants--not that unlike an actual 6 year-old.
3.) I went as Kim Kardashian (another interesting decision at 8 pm on the night of Halloween), who is dating the Saints' Reggie Bush. I may or may not have had some extra cushioning . . .(you can click on the pictures to make them bigger).
So, that's the report--and I'm afraid there won't be much coming from me until around 6 pm on December 17th. I will need any prayers/caffeine you want to send my way.
(Because I'm worried about litigious people as a result of law school: Gala photo taken by Cheryl Gerber). Shamelessly stole the rest from SH of Houston and FH of Chicago.
